offenses are smarter, more efficient with everything they do. Also, and this is
elementary, but i'm sure has some impact - while the way guys defend and pressure ball hasn't changed much, guys - from PGs to PFs, are much better ball handlers today than they were 20, 30, especially 50 years ago.
