Why are braces the standard of care to move teeth?

ALF addresses pallet and tongue issues, and help with TMJ and even sleep apnia as the tongue fits better with a wider pallet.

Is it just viewed as too quirky? It's not new technology, but I am really intrigued by it for my daughter who has some torticollis.

Am also intersted in it for me to address potential sleep apnia and TMJ.
