By the time the A’s get all their pitchers back, it will be too late. They’ve had too many one-run losses on the road already. Good news is that there aren’t any really good pieces that are primed for a sell-off. I think management has their eye on next year, since they refused to sign any of the key free agent pitchers in the off-season, knowing the quality they have coming back from injury long-term.
