The panels have a 20 year warranty promising 85% production at that point
More recent studies suggest they may last much longer.
The central inverter (~$1,200 when I bought it) has a 7 year warranty. These tend to fail first, but many of them are mounted outdoors or in non-climate controlled garages. Mine is in the utility closet in my basement, so it might last a lot longer
