Good hikes near the west part of Lake Powell?

We're having a superactivity at Lake Powell and will be staying at Lone Rock Beach campground (the far west portion of the lake). We're looking for a free/really cheap hike near our campground (preferably within 1/2 hr by car). Any ideas? Thanks!

Just across the bridge into Page, if you look to the left, there is a nice trail that goes to some hanging gardens.

The best lake hikes are a ways up lake. Will you have 4wd or at least high
