We've used Cascade before as well. No complaints. They did a good job.
It was a while ago, but from what I remember, it was done quickly and they worked with the insurance companies so I didn't have to hassle with that. I'd recommend them as well.

4-way stops. Utah drivers are horrible at them. Best way to get in a collision.
