I’m walking around downtown Salt Lake today, and it’s a chilly 55, yet there are plenty of people out and about in
shorts and t-shirts. Even a few wearing flip-flops. I’m friggin cold, and wishing I was back in Houston and the 90 degree weather.
Also, what’s up with all this moisture?!

55 is cold? I shovel snow barefoot, shorts, and a t-shirt. It doesn't get "cold" until it hits the teens. 70 is hot.
