Clearly he looked at Green and said "He'll a rapist but he will play well."
It's not that they started going after risky guys. Most of these guys aren't risky and putting this on Anderson is wild. How many players were arrested during Anderson's tenure? If I hire someone and then leave a company and they commit a crime is it my fault? No.

Frankly I believe there was a lack of respect for women around a lot of these players for a long time. But that isn't an easy thing for a coach to see while recruiting unless they had issues in high school. I don't think these arrests are the only issues but I think that on campus the culture is changing and girls feel safe to come forward about what is/was happening.

I would rather have a long list of players get in trouble for something that has been happening and it help change things and create a safe environment than have girls be afraid to come forward. Whether it be fear of the player, the school, the team, or anyone else. Clearly I wish that these things never happened to these girls. But to try and say that the coaches were well aware that they were putting rapists in the community in favor of a few more wins is terrible.

I pray that these are the only cases. I pray that the culture around these players has changed. I pray that the girls on campus don't have to fear the players ever.
