On the day when Taysom went for 259 against Texas, there was a freaky storm in
Utah County. The clouds were greenish, and moved in a way I had never seen. The wind was whipping branches and leaves off of trees. I was driving down the street when a tree started to fall across the road right in front of me. The very edge of it brushed the back of my car as I gunned it to get past. It pretty much covered the width of the street when it landed.

When I got home, I found that a twister had gone through my neighborhood and had knocked down some fences. I'm guessing it was the same one that took out that tree. Not quite on the scale of what's going on it the Midwest, but pretty unusual for here.
