I agree with you and Caitlin the Hot Canadian Realtor. I would keep it at 32
teams if they asked me. There is no need to expand at all.
But if I were sitting in the FIFA meeting when it was proposed and everyone else was adamant on expanding, I would try to convince everyone to stop at 40 teams, rather than 48.
