So is Red Iguana really all that?
I went to the quick service one at City Creek and thought it sucked but have never been to either of the main two locations.
What about Lucky 33? (I've lived in SLC for nearly 5 years now and have never eaten there either). Will they really substitute bison meat on any of their burgers and is that something you would recommend?
Just curious whether these iconic SLC eating establishments are overhyped or properly hyped.
