They don't let you pay your fines with card. And you can't go anywhere to grab cash once they arrest you. So either you have to have the cash on you or you have to have someone else come and bail you out.

But yes, I'd let the guy come over and get the ball rolling on the child abuse case. He probably won't be the guy running point on that case, but they probably only have 1 officer for that, and s/he might be busy or off.
