If it is uncomfortable to be outside = miserable
90 degrees is too hot to enjoy the weather, unless you have ample shade and a strong breeze. anything beyond that is only more and more miserable
I grew up in Arizona, i'm no stranger to hot weather, but over 90 is awful.
