I think it is the other players in the league that Iggy is referring to.
Seems to be a lot of underlying dislike for him. You could say it is just because he wins, but I think it is that combined with coming from a good family with money and that physically he just shouldn't be this dominant (like their minds just can't accept it). He also did rocket to the face of the NBA (even taking over from Lebron for a bit there). It happened really fast and I think other stars felt lept over. I know it wasn't fast from his whole career perspective, but he went from lower level all star to MVP & face of the league with a championship very quickly.

I believe the other players voted Harden as MVP over Steph in at least one of those MVP years as well which is a not so subtle dig as well.

I think in general, the media gets it (2 MVPs, etc.). Even if they forget how great he is as they want to move to the next story. It isn't really the media's fault either as with Durant, neither Curry nor Durant are going to really get MVP consideration.
