it settled a few inches behind it. 2nd time I landed just above the hole, my back spin brought it back and the ball hit the pin and bounced out. 3rd time was in a tournament that had $10k prize for a hole in one. I hit it dead straight at the pin. When the ball landed I was just waiting for it to disappear, it never did. I walked up and saw that I was about a foot in front of the hole. 1 foot away from $10k.
