Oh my word. What an overstatement. Where was this in NO? Provide street names
I have travelled a lot for work. I have spent a combined four to five months in NO. It is not the dirtiest city, as a whole.
Quite honestly, I’d probably nominate Los Angeles - the sheer amount of consistent trash on the side of a great deal of its roads is more than anywhere I’ve seen in the US for a major US city.

Spent a week in New Orleans last summer and it was the filthiest city I’ve ever seen. Trash/urine/excrement everywhere
