I don’t see how a tendon would be weakened by a muscle strain that rested for weeks, yet if it was originally a tendon tear or strain I could see how rushing back on that would cause the tendon to fail. Seems to a novice that they withheld some information on his injury or just misdiagnosed it altogether.
