It is also pretty rare for a coach to not offer a player a scholarship at UVU
and then move to the bigger, more prestigious university in BYU and then offer that same player a scholarship.
Also, just because 247 says he a Washington St scholarship doesn't always make it so. Were they willing to hold it for two years and a mission?
If you have proof that we offered DowDell a scholarship I would love to hear it as that is my question. We can certainly all speculate.
