That's because it's not really a "news" network anymore. It a left-leaning
politics station. If you're into left-leaning politics, you already have a network for that - MSNBC. If you're into right-leaning politics, you already have a network for that - FoxNews (which, like CNN, isn't so much about news anymore).

Maybe if CNN got away from politics and focused on down-the-middle news, they could grow their audience. Or maybe people just don't care about news anymore?
