Sol-Jay and my boy are very good friends and here is my insight on him...

The kid is a fierce competitor.  He makes great decisions under pressure and he is lightening quick, but also very fast. If I were to guess I would say 4.65 like time in the 40.  He is fiery and will not back down from a little competition. I also know he is BYU's top QB recruit for the class. He throws a good ball and has gotten much better since he moved to DC. Not that he was bad before, but he has dramatically improved. Last year there was a kid in Hawaii named Dillon Gabriel who broke the state passing record and signed with UCF and had a Bama offer. I would take Jay over him every time.

Both Dillon and Jay played for the same 7's coach who had 2 teams.  Jay's team always out performed Dillon's.  He has the intangibles to make him great. He has put on great weight since he moved. I saw him two weeks ago when he returned to Hawaii. Personally I would love to see him throw TDs to my son for many years to come. Also he just received an invite to the Elite 11 qualifying camp.  And BYU has done a great job recruiting him.
