I'm saying that I like a steak that is more tender than Tri-Tip. I like it just fine, but people put it on a pedestal

After you wash the meat off, you can see how the salt has broken down the muscle fibers. Pretty cool.

I haven't tried it on tri-tip, but it would definitely tenderize it. I'll probably try that at some point.
