What an enjoyable evening. My girls are all out of town and since my wife is not a red meat eater, I took advantage of the opportunity to grill steak for dinner. Now I'm lounging by the pool with the party lights on, watching an entertaining Game 6, sitting down to a mesquite-grilled, dry-aged, prime NY steak and baked potato with Salty Wahine Hawaiian Rub, and an ice-cold raspberry lemonade. When my wife gets home I will tell her how lame it was to stay home without her and the kids.
