...the dilemma we face is that while we have an obvious policy against animals in the restaurant, we have to allow "service" animals. The dilemma is when we see an animal that does not appear to be a service animal in any sense. Do we ask the customer to prove it? That's embarrassing for everyone involved. Or do we look the other way? That's not really fair to other customers.
Surprisingly, I have not seen any service animals at church yet
