East side upper restrooms have been porcelain urinals for at least 15 years, and lower east side restrooms were installed in the mid 90s. All of the restroom fixtures and domestic water piping in the stadium, except the lower east side have been replaced over the past 5 years. No need to replace lower east side fixtures since they are relatively new. Not sure which trough you took a leak in.
