That is that the Game's global governing body, FIFA, is regressive as well as corrupt. And because of their resistance to change they have left the Game in an archaic state, with fundamental flaws in its structure and laws of the Game.

I do have an issue with the referee keeping the time. They almost never actually tac on the proper amount of time. They usually short change it, giving time-wasting teams an unfair advantage. A progressive governing body would have fixed that crap.
