JayOwen Gie's a break
White loaf bread I've started making instead of buying bread.
2 loaves:

Bowl 1: Mix well – then rest until bubbles (about 5 Min)
½ C warm Water, 1 Heaping
1T Yeast
1T Flour
1T Sugar

Bowl 2: Mix until sugar and salt are combined into the water
2.5C Hot water
1T Sugar
1T Salt

Mixing bowl: Combing above mixtures into a bowl containing
7C bread flour
Mix into an easy to handle dough (adding additional flour as needed)

Let rise until doubled

Punch down and kneed a bit and let rise until doubled again.

Divide dough in half, roll out dough into rectangles and roll into a loaf.

Let loaves raise until about double.

Heat oven to 400° cook for about 30 minutes (I know it's done when the loaf reaches 200°)
Let bread cool on rack for about 30 minutes to finish cooking (or eat what do I care what you do.)
(bread is like jell-o or pudding, the cooling process helps firm up the inside part of the bread. It can be a bit mushy eating fresh out of the oven even though it tastes great.)

I was very disappointed in the related post. The subject line is misleading. (rcbyufan, Jun 17, 2019 at 3:03am)
