If you want to criticize Exum’s contract from last year, you have a case to make. But Exum was a solid draft pick.
Lyles wasn’t great but it worked out.
Look at the odds any given pick has of turning into a star, starter, or rotation player and then look at what DL has done with his tenure. He’s a good drafter.
