for me I'm willing to pay a little more to know when there is an issue they are going to go above and beyond what is expected.

I've known and heard of way too many stories where people fight and fight just to get basic coverage of an issue. With all the natural disasters when seen recently and just the constant issues I'm willing to pay that extra amount to know I won't run into issues down the road.

every claim I've made there has never been any questions asked. They just come out and verify and move forward. My deductible isn't bad and the do a good job of vetting their contractors.
