Khyiris Tonga-- has lost 25 lbs. Conditioning/lifting from 1-4, next 30-90 minutes playbook studying, then 2 hours of
studyhall, then home. Taking classes right now. Says he went on his mission thinking he might be a TE, but he ate too much, so Kalani put him in the middle. He never expected to be a DT. Has been working for 2 years at this. Looking at NFL draft the end of this year or the year after that. Been working on weight loss with the trainers, feels so much better conditioning/strength. He's at 324 right now, was playing at 350 last year. Has been running, and avoiding delicious mid-west barbeque.
