I have a SLAP tear that causes my shoulder to sublux frequently
I injured it pitching decades ago. Unfortunately it’s inoperable but over the past ten years it’s oddly healed itself somewhat and the subluxations are infrequent now.

I can actually throw a football and baseball for the first time in 20 years!

Not much velocity, but it feels great to be able to toss a football again!

No, not every torn labrum is the same!
