You have to completely immobilize the arm for about 4 weeks after SLAP surgery
It's next to impossible to have both arms in a sling strapped to your chest so they won't move for 4 weeks. Basically you'd be in the equivalent of a straight jacket for a month if you did both shoulders at the same time
