I get it if you say it’s far from the best pizza or even that it’s overpriced and overrated. But disgusting? That’s a little strong man.

People like chain restaurants because they know exactly what they are getting. It’s not going to be great but it’s also not going to be terrible. Expectations is why pretty much all chain restaurants are successful.
