For a few programs stability is a recruiting benefit..but thats all. Maybe10 coaches in all of cfb. Id argue more like 5. And that is perceived, not real.
Transfer portal weakens your argument more.
Jids will go where they think they are wanted, fit in, and will play or where they feel they can het to the NFL.
Lots of other reasons as well.
Theu now know if a coach leaves or is fired...the transfer portal is their way out.

Byu needs tobwait and see. If the coaches prove 5hemselves extend and have a huge buy out for other programs.
