And yes, he can block. He improved. But blocking TEs are a dime a dozen for the NFL to find. They'll take Kelce over Harris any day. They want both because of their game plan, but the receiver is the top dog. Big blocking TEs aren't a major part of the game anymore. You want big athletic receivers out there who, yes, can do some blocking and understand how to use that size when they have to.
