To be fair Pitta and George was really good.
They were the #1 and #3 receivers on that 09 team, and George had 400 yds and 5 TDs. I'm not sure MLP is that good yet. He's always been a potential guy, but right now he's a senior and all we've seen from him at TE is just a few games an an awful ypc because of the way he was used. He'd really have to step up big time and stay healthy in order to be as good as George.
MLP gets way too much hype on this board. I get the potential but we haven't seen any of it play out and now he's a senior. There's too much "MLP is great too" on here.

Ummm...he’s one of the best TE’s in the country. I haven’t heard anyone discuss that he can’t block before.
