I have been trying not to care as much. These kids are half my age at this point
I don't lose sleep as much after a loss anymore. But somehow I still can't get myself to stop loving the Cougs and hoping for that special season. Since we haven't really had any this decade, I'm hoping that somehow this is the one. If not, I'll just pivot to hoping the basketball team takes a big step forward, if not I'll pivot to looking forward to next year and appreciating what a great school I went to and how dang good our Olympic sports are.
May the 20's to be more like the 80's. We didn't know how good we had it those of us who grew up on the 80's.
