I really like the AAC as a league. Especially in basketball.
I think being in a league race and having good quality opponents is a big deal. I also think the AAC has produced multiple bowl teams who have played in New Years day bowls. Big money bowls. Basketball has some great teams and Memphis just had the #1 recruiting class. Good things happening in this league. Remove Gonzaga in basketball and the WCC is nothing.

A scheduling agreement maybe. Until the P5 door is 100% shut or AAC makes more money we need to stay independent.
