I understand your question now.
The frames with plastic foundation - the plastic will pop right out. Then you would cut the comb (same side up) to fit within the frames. You need to find some rubber bands that are the right size to fit around the frames and hold the comb in place. A sharp knife will be helpful.

Steps:

1. Cut the comb off, one at a time
2. Shake any bees off into the new box
3. Trim the comb to fit into the wood frame. Use a couple of rubber bands to hold in place.
4. Look for the queen - if you have a queen catcher, you can catch the queen and then hold her within rubberbands in the cage in one of the frames, then release her in 3-4 days.
5. At some point the bees will follow the brood comb and the queen into the new box. You might leave the box there for a day or two before you move it.

Does that make sense?

The bees will eventually cut the rubber bands and throw them out the front entrance. Fun times!
