Thanks. He’d been on antibiotics for around a week because his cough had gotten worse and we encouraged him to go to the pharmacy. He was out on Zithromax but didn’t slow down as much as he should’ve. Other than the cough he said he was just tired but had been going w friends every day to the beach until the last day when he stayed behind. When they took him to the hospital he had no chance, they didn’t even have the ability to I’ve hydrate and stabilize. When we went down to retrieve his belongings we visited the hospital which was more of an open air clinic with dogs and cats walking through. In the USA I’m confident that he would’ve been fine. Not the case in Nicaragua
