The legs are the answer.
When my brother in law died my wife’s family faced this issue. He was 6’8” and they used a normal sized casket. I’m not sure on the details but somehow they shortened the legs.

Probably the most likely solution is to purchase a longer casket. They'll cost more, but I know that
