I don't know which point is the most ridiculous, but I'll go for #4.
First off, where is the downgrade in backup point? Neto was healthy for all of about 30 games, so you can't be talking about him. Exum is still the same Exum as last year so you can't be talking about him. DM will probably be the backup pg anyway if Conley gets hurt.
Also, why complain about an ever so small drop off for a position that will play 10 minutes a game, and not even really handle the ball during that time much at all when you have a HUGE upgrade at the starting pg position?
