who specializes in treating millennials. It actually makes some sense. I feel it may also be paired with how they were often raised being protected from failure (that's my own Gen X & Boomer's fault) and lack experience with resilience. Learning to fall and pick yourself up with small things as a kid teaches that you survive when the price tag is a little smaller preparing for bigger decisions. There's just too much anxiety about getting everything right the first time. Hmmm
