Assuming that very few 2-year olds were actually watching the game in 2009 (and those who were won't remember the game) and 11-year olds can now be ordained as deacons, it's safe to assume that lots of deacons have been ordained this year that haven't seen a BYU win or can't remember the one in their lifetime. The vast majority of kids who are being ordained as teachers are in the same boat.
