I haven’t eaten there yet but can tell you a lot about the owner.
Made millions at a young age from his pest control business in TX & other solid investments, semi-retired to a ranch in OK, saw a lack of TX-style barbecue in Utah County, decided to give it a shot with some of his inventory.
Knowing him, if it’s not great food yet, it will be soon.
