always in conjunction with a nightmare. Was having a nightmare and wanted to wake up, scream, just have it end but was completely paralyzed and couldn’t. Kind of a weird thing where I know it is just a nightmare and I’m somewhat consciously aware but I’m unable to move, make a sound, or even come fully awake. And it is pretty terrifying.
