Caffeine was causing issues. I only drink "real sugar" from Glass bottles
Same when I drank coke or pepsi. Caffeine would call for me daily, Root beer doesn't call for me at all. I just drink it twice a week., unlike the caffeine that I wanted daily. I don't touch any HFCS. Food or drink.
