Slim Fake ectomorph
Dynamic warmup is important. Stretching is not. Gymnasts might need to be extra flexible but not really anyone else. If
you can't perform the activities you want because of limited flexibility the answer usually isn't more stretching as much as it is doing those activities with proper form more often until you're flexible enough.

I never practice touching my toes but can touch my toes easily because I do a lot of activities/exercises that lead to increased flexibility despite never focusing on flexibility.
