This is exactly the schedule we have been asking for the past 10 years. If
We want to compete with the big boys, we have to play them, at their place if needs be.
The whole system is set up for the big teams to keep all the power and money. You just aren't going to get any respect going 10-2 against Tulsa, Temple, and San Jose St anymore. Quick, think of a good P5 school: Chances are you thought Boise St or UCF - or someone like them that has scheduled good teams and beat up their conferences.
With this type of schedule, all we need to do is won some of these games, then dominate our conferen.......oh what's that again? We don't have a conference? **Throws hands up in the air***
