If they did it right away, you might be just as ticked at them for being so reckless. It can get to the point where you’d cheer them and maybe even follow. My luck would be a flat or a cop or both.

I had something similar happen on a two lane section in the winter time. All the traffic was backed up in one lane behind 2 RV’s. The other lane was filled with intermittent snow drifts and ice. There would be long clear spots but everyone was to timid. I was nine cars back and a clear patch came up. I raced up beside the rear RV and was pulling up beside the front one. I could see the next drift coming. The RV sped up and I couldn’t get over. I hit the drift and barely tagged the wheel well of the RV. I did a 1080. In slow motion I watched the other cars pass. I was laughing and holding my steering well as my little Fiero plowed the left lane. I slowed down some and got control. I pulled into the right lane, and then in behind the RV. The German wife got out cursing me up and down. The husband got behind her and barked something fierce at her and she went back to the RV. He apologized and we exchanged info. That was the craziest 5 minutes of my life.
