No it shouldn’t be banned although I personally don’t like it much...
but there’s no reason to ban it. I’ve seen teams beat it with the bunt so if that happens often enough it will die in its own anyway. Mostly though I dislike the outfield shift, the infield shifts makes some sense sometimes the outfield shift doesn’t make sense at all imo.
